Floor / Building Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Floor / Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, safety, and efficiency of the building premises, managing all aspects of facility maintenance, security, and tenant services. This role requires a proactive approach and strong leadership skills to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all building operations, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and train building staff, including maintenance technicians and security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Manage building budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Implement and oversee security protocols to ensure the safety of occupants and property.
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Coordinate with external agencies and authorities as needed.
