Game Designer - Beauty & Personal Care (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a creative and innovative Game Designer with a unique background in Pharmaceutical Sciences to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of user engagement, product efficacy, and scientific principles to design compelling interactive experiences that connect with our beauty and personal care audience. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and developing game mechanics, narratives, and user journeys that align with our brand values and product offerings, potentially exploring gamified approaches to product education, virtual try-ons, or loyalty programs. Your B.Pharma education will provide a unique perspective on product formulation, ingredient benefits, and consumer health, enabling you to create engaging and informative gamified experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design game mechanics, rules, and systems for interactive experiences related to beauty and personal care products.

Develop engaging narratives and storylines that resonate with the target audience and highlight product features or benefits.

Create user flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize game concepts and user journeys.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, artists, marketing, and product managers, to bring game concepts to life.

Apply principles of gamification to enhance user engagement, learning, and interaction with our brand and products.

Translate complex product information or scientific concepts (leveraging your B.Pharma knowledge) into accessible and fun game elements.

Conduct user research and playtesting to gather feedback and iterate on game designs.

Ensure game designs align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and overall business strategy.

Stay updated on the latest trends in game design, gamification, and the beauty/personal care industry.
