Head - Information Security (2-3 Yrs) | Nagpur

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head - Information Security with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing information security strategies to protect our organization's sensitive data and systems within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This role requires a strong understanding of security principles and practices, coupled with a B.Sc degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and data protection laws.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations and network infrastructure.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
