Key Responsibilities:

- Log, track, and manage all incoming support requests and incidents using ticketing systems.

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Monitor IT systems and proactively identify potential issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems and follow up with users.
