Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Review and verify documentation for account opening, loan processing, and other banking services, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and banking regulations.
- Handle customer queries related to back-office operations and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and documentation.
- Support branch operations by providing administrative and operational assistance.
- Identify and report operational risks and suggest improvements.
