Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bancassurance Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Indore. The Bancassurance Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with banking partners to drive insurance sales through the bank's distribution channels. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, sales strategies, and excellent communication skills, leveraging analytical abilities honed during an MCA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with designated banking partners to promote and sell insurance products.
