This role is crucial for managing the seamless flow of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and optimizing logistics operations for our extensive retail network. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of import/export procedures, documentation, and supply chain management within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all export and import operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Prepare and process all necessary import/export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve any delays or issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and international partners.
- Analyze import/export data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
