Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Fire Guard with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The Fire Guard will be responsible for implementing and enforcing fire safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring the overall safety of our premises and personnel against fire hazards. This role requires a proactive approach to fire prevention and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine fire safety inspections of all company facilities, identifying potential fire hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and inspect fire fighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Develop and implement fire prevention programs and safety awareness campaigns for employees.
- Respond to fire alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Assist in fire drills and evacuation procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and incidents.
- Liaise with local fire authorities and emergency services as required.
