Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our team as a Reputation Risk Analyst. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and their application in the retail sector. You will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential reputational threats to the company, ensuring the integrity of our brand and stakeholder trust.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze media, social media, and other public forums for potential reputational risks and emerging trends relevant to the retail industry.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for new initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns to identify potential reputational impacts.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, including crisis communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Marketing, PR, Operations) to ensure alignment on risk management strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on reputational risk exposure and mitigation efforts.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in reputation risk management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's reputation risk framework and policies.
