Junior Anti Money Laundering Analyst - Education / Training Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Anti Money Laundering (AML) Analyst to join our Compliance team. This role is ideal for an individual with a recent LLM degree and 0-1 years of experience, eager to contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance within the education and training sector. You will work closely with senior team members to monitor transactions, identify suspicious activities, and support the implementation of AML policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the review and analysis of financial transactions to detect potential money laundering activities.
- Support the investigation of suspicious activity reports (SARs) under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Help in the preparation and maintenance of AML compliance documentation.
- Conduct basic research on emerging AML trends and regulatory changes relevant to the education sector.
- Participate in the screening of new clients and partners for compliance with AML regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information for AML investigations.
- Learn and apply relevant AML software and tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AML processes and controls.
