Seeking Operations / Strategy - Other (2-4 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Operations / Strategy - Other. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-4 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or strategic planning within the manufacturing or packaging industry. This role will involve supporting strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to the overall business growth of our packaging solutions division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies within manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the forecasting and planning processes for production and inventory management.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.
