Role Summary: The Sponsorship / Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with Tata Power's strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential corporate sponsors and strategic partners in alignment with company goals.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships and sponsorships.
- Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership agreements and sponsorship activations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
- Track and report on the performance of partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.
- Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions for partnership agreements.
