We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planner with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials and finished goods, supporting our manufacturing operations and supply chain excellence. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and a strong analytical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate supply plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, to ensure alignment and execution of the supply plan.

Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify and address potential shortages or excesses.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics to management.

Support the implementation of supply chain best practices and system enhancements.
