Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Development Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and developing new products and services for our hotel and restaurant operations, focusing on enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas from conception to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the ideation and design of new products, services, and operational processes within the hospitality domain.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Develop prototypes and conduct feasibility studies for new product concepts.
Collaborate with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives and guest expectations.
Assist in the testing and validation of new products before full-scale launch.
Document product specifications, development processes, and performance metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development and implementation.
