Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Executive with a B.Pharma background to join our Defence & Aerospace division in Nasik. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience in inventory management, material handling, and procurement within a critical industry. The Store Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of all stores and inventory, supporting production and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.

Organize and maintain store inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions and accessibility.

Maintain accurate inventory records using store management software or systems.

Assist in the periodic stock-taking and physical verification of inventory.

Prepare and issue materials to various departments based on requisitions.

Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in inventory.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures within the stores area.

Support procurement activities by providing information on stock levels and material requirements.

Utilize B.Pharma knowledge for handling specialized materials if required (e.g., chemicals, consumables with specific storage needs).
