Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team in Kochi. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.A. degree looking to build a career in the dynamic field of supply chain management within the analytics and KPO industry. You will be involved in various aspects of procurement and supply chain operations, supporting the team in ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the procurement department, including processing purchase requisitions and orders.
- Support the sourcing and vendor management activities, including vendor research and basic due diligence.
- Help maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Participate in cost analysis and contribute to identifying areas for cost savings.
- Learn and apply supply chain best practices and company policies.
- Assist in tracking shipments and resolving any logistical issues.
- Prepare basic reports on procurement activities and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives as assigned.
