You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations within the manufacturing facility.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain.
