We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Administrator with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT security principles and practices, coupled with a BBA/BBM degree, providing a unique blend of business acumen and technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Monitor network and system security, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation actions.
Manage access control systems and user permissions to ensure data security.
Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective measures.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training programs for employees.
Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into business processes.
