Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager (B2C) to join our dynamic sales team in Coimbatore. This entry-level position is ideal for recent BBA/BBM graduates looking to kickstart their career in sales within the fast-paced FMCG sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with customers within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned B2C territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess consumer demand, competitor activities, and product performance.
- Provide product information and promotional support to retailers and consumers.
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability at retail points.
- Collect and report market feedback to the sales leadership team.
- Assist in the planning and execution of local sales and marketing activities.
