Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of interior design schemes for office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes, considering budget, durability, and aesthetic requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities management and IT, to ensure design integration and functionality.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and building plans.
- Source vendors and suppliers for materials and furnishings, and obtain quotations.
- Oversee site visits and installations to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material samples.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to corporate and healthcare-adjacent environments.
