Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Footwear Designer with 0-2 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for a 12th Pass candidate passionate about designing functional and comfortable footwear, potentially for specialized healthcare applications or as part of our employee wellness initiatives. You will contribute to the conceptualization and development of new footwear designs, ensuring they meet aesthetic, ergonomic, and practical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of footwear design concepts and sketches based on project briefs and market trends.
- Develop 2D and 3D design renderings and technical drawings for footwear.
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand material properties, manufacturing processes, and cost considerations.
- Research and identify innovative materials and technologies relevant to footwear design.
- Participate in prototype reviews and provide feedback for design improvements.
- Ensure designs meet functional requirements, comfort standards, and potential healthcare-specific needs.
- Stay updated on the latest footwear design trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
