Opening for User Research Manager | MNC

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented User Research Manager to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for a BCA graduate with 2-3 years of experience in user research, looking to make a significant impact in the ed-tech space. You will be instrumental in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform product development and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiries.
- Analyze research data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product, design, and engineering teams.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design principles are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user research methodologies and the ed-tech industry.
- Assist in defining research strategies and roadmaps.
