Junior Architecture & Interior Design - Other - Gems & Jewellery Sector

We are seeking a Junior Architecture & Interior Design - Other professional with 1-3 years of experience for our corporate office in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative design sensibilities and a strong understanding of legal frameworks, particularly relevant to the Gems & Jewellery industry. This role involves supporting the design and development of our retail spaces and corporate facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contractual obligations. Your LLB degree will be instrumental in navigating the legal aspects of design projects, vendor contracts, and property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of interior design schemes for retail outlets, showrooms, and corporate offices.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed according to specifications.
- Review and interpret architectural plans and building codes.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts for interior fit-outs, renovations, and property leases, leveraging your LLB.
- Ensure all design and construction activities comply with local building regulations and legal requirements.
- Support in managing project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Research and propose innovative design solutions that align with brand aesthetics and functional requirements.
- Handle legal documentation related to design projects, including permits, approvals, and dispute resolution where applicable.
