We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Content Designer at upGrad, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, developing, and refining engaging learning content that aligns with our corporate training solutions. Your M.A. in a relevant field will provide a strong foundation for understanding pedagogical principles and translating complex subject matter into accessible and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and stakeholders to understand learning objectives and target audience needs.
Develop clear, concise, and engaging written content for various learning formats, including course modules, scripts, case studies, and assessments.
Translate technical or complex information into easily understandable and learner-friendly content.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency in tone and style, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Participate in content review cycles and incorporate feedback effectively.
Contribute to the improvement of content design processes and best practices.
