Accessory Designer (Any Postgraduate Required) - Gurgaon

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessory Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative aircraft interior accessories, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements. This role demands a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and aviation industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate design briefs into compelling accessory concepts for aircraft interiors, including but not limited to, seating components, galley equipment, lavatory fixtures, and cabin décor elements.

Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs, sketches, and renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Adobe Creative Suite).

Select appropriate materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes, considering factors like weight, durability, cost, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FAA, EASA).

Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams to ensure designs are feasible and can be produced efficiently.

Create technical specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and prototypes for design validation and testing.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in aviation interiors, design innovation, and material science.

Prepare and present design proposals and updates to stakeholders.
