Draughtsman - Gems & Jewellery Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our design and production team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and designs for jewellery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of jewellery design principles and the ability to translate creative concepts into precise technical blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models for jewellery pieces using CAD software.

Interpret design briefs and sketches to create accurate manufacturing blueprints.

Collaborate with jewellery designers, artisans, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company specifications.

Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for jewellery components.

Maintain and update drawing archives.

Review and provide feedback on technical drawings from other team members.

Utilize knowledge gained from M.A. in art history or design to inform aesthetic considerations in technical drawings.
