Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional with a legal background to join our finance team in Indore. This role will focus on treasury operations, liquidity management, and potentially equity trading support, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and corporate policies. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal expertise to navigate complex financial instruments and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the company's cash flow, liquidity position, and short-term funding requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends relevant to treasury and equity trading activities.
- Support the execution of treasury transactions, including foreign exchange hedging and debt management.
- Ensure all treasury and trading activities comply with SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable Indian laws.
- Review and interpret legal documentation related to financial agreements, derivative contracts, and investment instruments.
- Collaborate with internal legal counsel and external advisors on regulatory matters and compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on treasury performance, liquidity status, and trading activities for senior management.
- Conduct due diligence on financial counterparties and transactions from a legal and compliance perspective.
