Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our Financial Crime team in Pune. You will play a crucial role in identifying, investigating, and mitigating financial crime risks for our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of financial crime typologies, data analysis techniques, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the detection and investigation of suspicious activities, including fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of financial crime.
- Support the development and implementation of anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for control improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on financial crime matters.
- Stay updated on evolving financial crime trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Leverage your MCA knowledge to develop and optimize data-driven solutions for financial crime prevention.
