Role Summary: We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Hotel / General Manager to oversee the operations of our executive guest facilities and associated services. This unique role, within a leading Indian auto components company, requires a candidate with a strong academic background (Doctorate/PhD) and a strategic approach to managing high-end hospitality services for our esteemed guests and visiting dignitaries. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and research skills to optimize operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the overall management and operation of the hotel facilities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry best practices, emerging trends, and guest feedback to continuously improve services and operational efficiency.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills, honed through doctoral studies, to identify areas for operational improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
