Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor with a B.Tech/B.E. background to oversee and manage all housekeeping operations at our Ahmedabad campus. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment for our students and staff. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical understanding and management skills to ensure high standards of hygiene and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure optimal cleanliness and hygiene across all campus facilities.
• Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues, ensuring a high standard of upkeep.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as facilities management and administration, to ensure seamless operations and address specific needs.
• Implement and monitor pest control measures and waste management programs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize technical knowledge from B.Tech/B.E. to understand and manage building systems relevant to housekeeping, such as HVAC and water management, to ensure optimal environmental conditions.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, budget, and staff performance for senior management.
