Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Human Resources Consultant with 4-6 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background and HR expertise to drive strategic HR initiatives, optimize HR processes, and contribute to the overall organizational effectiveness within the power sector. This role requires a blend of HR knowledge and data-driven problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making for workforce planning, talent management, and compensation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Support the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies, including job profiling, sourcing, and candidate assessment, utilizing technology platforms effectively.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and learning & development programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide consultative support.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) data integrity and explore opportunities for system enhancements and automation.
- Assist in change management processes and employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in HR and technology.
