Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics / BI Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making within the entertainment sector. This role requires a strong analytical aptitude and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to customer behavior, content performance, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical support.
- Perform data mining, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the design and implementation of A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
