Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary cardiac health assessments and screenings for employees.
- Interpret basic diagnostic reports and advise on follow-up actions.
- Assist senior medical officers in managing employee health records and ensuring data privacy.
- Provide health education and awareness programs on cardiovascular health, particularly in the context of industrial environments.
- Stay updated on relevant medical and legal frameworks pertaining to occupational health in India.
- Collaborate with HR and Safety departments to implement health and safety protocols.
- Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the review and interpretation of health-related legal documents and policies affecting employee well-being.
- Document all patient interactions and assessments accurately.
