Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Category Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and performance optimization of a specific product category within the consumer electronics and appliances sector. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute category strategies aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on market share growth and profitability.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the assigned category.

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to discontinuation, including assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective execution of category plans.

Monitor category performance using key metrics (sales, margin, inventory turnover) and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Identify and onboard new suppliers or product lines to enhance the category's offering.
