Role Summary:
Tanishq is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSR & Sustainability professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for driving sustainable practices within the gems and jewellery industry. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of CSR initiatives, contributing to sustainability reporting, and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects focused on community development, environmental conservation, and ethical sourcing.
- Support the data collection and analysis required for sustainability reporting and impact assessment, leveraging analytical skills gained from an MCA.
- Contribute to the development of sustainability strategies and policies aligned with Tanishq's values and industry best practices.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, community leaders, and government agencies, to foster collaborative sustainability efforts.
- Help manage and track project budgets and timelines for CSR and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends and best practices relevant to the gems and jewellery sector.
- Utilize IT proficiency to manage databases, create reports, and potentially develop tools for tracking sustainability metrics.
