Immediate Hire: Fashion & Accessories - Other (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with a B.Com degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our Fashion & Accessories division within the Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber sector. This role will involve supporting various operational and administrative functions related to product lifecycle management, supply chain coordination, and market analysis for our fashion and accessory product lines that leverage our company's material innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement and sourcing of materials and finished goods for fashion and accessory product lines.
- Support inventory management and stock control processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to track product performance and gather market intelligence.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses related to the fashion and accessories business unit.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., R&D, production, logistics) to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, purchase orders, and sales transactions.
- Conduct basic market research on fashion trends and competitor activities relevant to our product offerings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
