We are seeking a creative and passionate Game Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for design and problem-solving, regardless of formal degree qualifications. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and developing engaging game-like experiences for our industrial equipment training and simulation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design game mechanics, rules, and challenges for training simulations.
Develop game narratives, storylines, and character concepts.
Create detailed design documents, wireframes, and prototypes.
Collaborate with developers and artists to bring game concepts to life.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and playtesting.
Ensure game designs align with learning objectives and project goals.
