Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Back Office professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Chemicals division in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and demonstrate strong administrative and analytical skills to support the smooth functioning of our back-office operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of daily administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and document control.

Support the finance and accounts team with invoice processing, reconciliation, and expense management.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.

Manage inventory records and assist in procurement processes for office supplies and materials.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle general inquiries and provide support to the team.
