Property Manager (M.Pharma Required) - Indore

We are seeking a diligent and organized Property Manager with an M.Pharma degree to oversee our facilities and properties in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our bank branches and administrative offices, adhering to all regulatory and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all HDFC Bank properties and facilities in the Indore region, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep of building infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for efficient service delivery and cost management.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Manage budgets for property operations, including expenses for maintenance, utilities, and renovations.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.

Coordinate with internal departments for space planning, office moves, and facility modifications.

Handle tenant/occupant inquiries and resolve facility-related issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, contracts, and expenses.
