Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Problem Management professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring IT and business process issues to improve service stability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of ITIL principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and diagnose the root cause of recurring incidents or problems.
- Develop and implement permanent solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Document problem investigations, findings, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified problems.
- Monitor problem trends and identify areas for proactive improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of problem management processes and procedures.
- Participate in incident management activities as needed, providing expertise on known errors and workarounds.
- Generate reports on problem management activities and metrics.
