Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive nutrition plans tailored to the specific needs of esports athletes, focusing on energy levels, focus, reaction time, and recovery.
• Conduct nutritional assessments, including dietary recalls and analyses, to identify areas for improvement and potential deficiencies.
• Educate athletes and staff on the principles of sports nutrition, hydration, and the impact of diet on cognitive performance and gaming outcomes.
• Collaborate with coaches, team managers, and performance staff to integrate nutrition strategies into overall training and performance plans.
• Monitor athlete progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed based on performance data, feedback, and individual responses.
• Provide guidance on supplement use, ensuring safety, efficacy, and compliance with relevant anti-doping regulations.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in sports nutrition, exercise physiology, and the esports industry.
• Assist in developing healthy meal and snack options for gaming events and team facilities.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track and communicate the impact of nutrition interventions.
