Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sports Physician with 1-2 years of experience, holding a B.Tech/B.E. degree, to join our team in Chennai. This role focuses on promoting employee well-being and ensuring a healthy workforce within the agrochemical sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background and understanding of physiological principles to support our employees' health and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify potential health risks and provide preventive care strategies for employees.
Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of employees in the agrochemical industry, considering potential exposure risks.
Provide guidance on sports-related injuries, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement relevant to physical activities.
Collaborate with HR and the occupational health team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Educate employees on maintaining physical fitness, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports medicine and employee wellness relevant to industrial settings.
