Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Lifeguard with 1-2 years of experience to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in and around our aquatic facilities. While the primary role is lifeguard duties, we are specifically targeting candidates with an M.Pharma background, implying a unique understanding of safety protocols, emergency response, and potentially a meticulous approach to health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Actively monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and respond immediately to emergencies.
- Enforce all facility rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Perform rescues and provide emergency care, including CPR and first aid, as needed.
- Inspect pool facilities for potential hazards and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and facility checks.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
