We are seeking a motivated and data-driven Sports Scout with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a keen eye for identifying talent within various sporting disciplines relevant to our company's employee engagement and corporate sports initiatives. This role involves leveraging analytical skills to assess player potential and contribute to building successful sports teams within Wipro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential athletes and teams through observation, analysis of performance data, and scouting events.
• Develop scouting reports that detail player strengths, weaknesses, potential, and fit with team objectives.
• Collaborate with HR and employee engagement teams to align scouting activities with company-wide sports programs and talent development goals.
• Maintain a database of potential recruits and track their progress.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the corporate sports landscape.
• Utilize analytical tools and business acumen (gained from BBA/BBM) to inform talent acquisition strategies.
• Assist in organizing and managing sports events and tryouts.
