Seeking Mountaineering Instructor (3-5 Yrs) for a Corporate Adventure Program

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mountaineering Instructor to lead and guide our corporate employees through challenging and rewarding outdoor adventure programs. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of participants while fostering teamwork, resilience, and a sense of accomplishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mountaineering, excellent instructional skills, and the ability to adapt to the specific needs of a corporate group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and safety-focused mountaineering and trekking expeditions for corporate teams in and around Mangalore.
• Develop and implement training modules covering essential mountaineering skills, including rope techniques, navigation, first aid, and survival skills.
• Assess participant fitness levels and provide personalized guidance and encouragement.
• Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are strictly followed, maintaining a zero-incident record.
• Manage all logistical aspects of expeditions, including equipment checks, route planning, and transportation coordination.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants and facilitate debriefing sessions to enhance learning and team cohesion.
• Maintain equipment in excellent condition and report any damages or deficiencies.
• Possess a 12th Pass education with a strong understanding of mountaineering principles and practices.
