Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and upkeep of company assets and resources, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and maintained according to standards.

Support the legal and compliance department by reviewing and organizing documentation, contracts, and agreements.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow and adherence to company policies.

Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting and auditing purposes.

Liaise with external vendors and service providers, managing service level agreements and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Conduct preliminary reviews of operational procedures to identify potential compliance gaps or areas for improvement.
