Sports Psychologist (2-4 Yrs) role in Biotechnology

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sports Psychologist with a B.Pharma background and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of biological and pharmaceutical sciences to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of our athletes and sports personnel, contributing to their peak performance and overall health. This role requires a unique blend of psychological expertise and scientific understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement psychological strategies to improve athlete performance and resilience.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address performance anxiety, stress, and motivation issues.
- Utilize knowledge of B.Pharma to understand the physiological impact of training, nutrition, and potential pharmaceutical interventions on mental health and performance.
- Collaborate with coaches, medical staff, and nutritionists to create holistic athlete development plans.
- Provide workshops and training on mental skills development, mindfulness, and stress management.
- Assess psychological strengths and weaknesses of athletes and provide targeted interventions.
- Maintain confidential records of client sessions and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest research in sports psychology and relevant pharmaceutical/biological sciences.
