Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Sourcing Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and ensure supply chain efficiency within the media, entertainment, and telecom sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, market analysis, and vendor management, supported by a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for various indirect and direct spend categories within the entertainment and media industry.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, and understand cost drivers.
- Lead negotiation processes with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and service level agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within the sourcing function.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present sourcing reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the implementation of e-procurement tools and systems.
