Immediate Hire: Telesales (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Telesales Executive with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant field to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our Oil & Gas products and services through proactive outbound calls, lead generation, and customer relationship management. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Oil & Gas products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions based on our product portfolio.
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
