Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Relations professional to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our diverse network of vendors, ensuring smooth operations and cost-effectiveness within the infrastructure and real estate projects. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage technology for efficient vendor management. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree is preferred, indicating a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new vendors, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution.

Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors and provide constructive feedback.

Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve favorable outcomes.

Maintain accurate vendor records and manage contract expirations.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their vendor needs and ensure satisfaction.

Assist in developing and implementing vendor management strategies and processes.

Utilize technology and software tools to streamline vendor communication and data management.
